Art helps us heal in our darkest of times and grounds us when we feel like the world is falling to pieces. For mental health, the act of creating something, or sharing color with the world absolutely matters.

I am Trista Morris, a neurodivergent artist and creator. I use the act of creating multimedia art to heal myself, and to help guide others to the path of healing.

I am the art that I create, and I am the art that I promote. Every piece I make has fragments of myself within it, little pieces of my life.
